Climate Emergency Working Party – Public Meeting
Nailsea Town Council declared a Climate Emergency in September 2019. A Climate Emergency Working Party was formed and has since met twice to formulate and discuss ideas on how Nailsea Town Council as an individual council can reduce our carbon footprint along with exploring how, as a community, we can work together to become more environmentally friendly.
Nailsea Town Council would like to invite all interested members of the Nailsea community to an open meeting at the Tithe Barn between 6pm and 7pm on Wednesday 4th December to discuss ideas that individuals may have on how we can reduce Nailsea’s environmental impact. The Working Party will then investigate and shortlist ideas with a view to implementing positive change in 2020.
So please come along, share your ideas and have your say on how we can best tackle climate change as a community.
