Hold the date! Free Mental Health and Wellbeing workshop for young people aged 11-16

Nailsea Town Council, in collaboration with Voluntary Action North Somerset, TMG Patient Participation Group and Nailsea Youth Club(Area6t5) are holding a Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshop in Nailsea on 6th March 2025 from 16:30-19:30 for young people and parents at No 65 High Street, Nailsea.

For young people upstairs in No 65 will be their parent/carer-free space to relax, connect, and recharge. Meanwhile, downstairs, parents and carers can access valuable advice on:
• Anxiety
• School Avoidance & Exam Stress
• Online Safety

What’s in store:
• FREE Food and Hot Chocolate – Treat yourself to some tasty snacks and warm drinks.
• Games – Have a blast and make new friends through fun activities.
• Arts and Crafts – Unleash your creativity and express yourself.
• Movie Time – Kick back, chill out, and enjoy a great film.
• Specialist Support – We’ll also have approachable specialists and support available to chat to if you want to learn more about mental health and wellbeing.
