Nailsea Triple X Explorers Looking for Adult Volunteers
Nailsea Triple X Explorers are looking for adult volunteers to join their team.
Catering for 14 to 18 year olds, Nailsea Triple X Explorers – who are part of the 1st Nailsea Scout Group – provide a variety of fun indoor and outdoor activities for young people to participate in. From computer skills, first aid, cooking and team games to adventure activities such as archery, camping and fire lighting, they offer a range of activities for local young people to enjoy.
Due to covid restrictions, the group are currently meeting online, however, they are intending to do some face to face activities when it is safe to do so.
Nailsea Triple X Explorers are aware of the impact the pandemic has had on teenagers and young people and want to continue to provide support to the group as a safe place to have fun. For this, they are looking for adult volunteers to help offer support. This can be in many different forms, including helping out on sessions, supporting behind the scenes or sharing knowledge of a topic they are interested in.
Full support and training is provided, and you can volunteer regularly or on a flexible basis.
