New Thriller on Stage in Nailsea

A thriller with a gripping plot takes to the stage at Nailsea Little Theatre in May.

‘Strictly Murder’ by Brian Clemens is full of twists and turns in an incident-packed show.

It’s set in a remote cottage in Provence, France, in 1939 where an English couple are living in idyllic isolation — far, it seems, from rumblings of the coming war and Hitler-generated radio rhetoric.

But all is not what it seems.

The couple’s peace is shattered first from within — and then, when a Scotland Yard detective arrives, events become even more complicated and frightening.

The production at Nailsea Little Theatre’s Union Street home — directed by Connie Walker — runs from Monday 14 to Saturday 19 May (performances at 7.45pm).

Tickets at £10 are available on 0777 298 1037.
