Proposed Development on Land to East of Youngwood Lane Receives Further Revised Plans

Nailsea Town Council have been notified that the controversial proposed development of 14 dwellings on Land to East of Youngwood Lane (off The Perrings) has again received revised plans. The changes are minimal but now include a footpath within the site access road and the position of houses within plots has been altered.

Any comments on this application need to be submitted to North Somerset Council by Tuesday 8^th June.
