Our Hatha Yoga classes focus on the breath as a means to reawaken physical and mental energy, revitalise health and reduce stress.

Yoga unblocks the knots of physical and mental energy and increases our sense of wellbeing, giving us new vitality, health and increased activity. So whether you are looking for physical or mental strength, our classes are ideal. Experienced teacher, Jane Sabherwal, works closely with students ensuring they get the most out of their yoga sessions.
Breathing Space Yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities. Classes are held at the Tithe Barn in Nailsea.
- Mondays = Kundalini Yoga at 9:30
- Tuesdays = Beginners at 9:15
- Fridays = Intermediates at 9:30
Also available: Pregnancy classes, Pranayama and Advanced Pranayama, Meditation, Lunchtime Yoga sessions for businesses or personal 1:1 sessions.
