Breathing Space Yoga concentrates on the breath as a means to reawaken energy, revitalise health and reduce stress.
Our emotions and stresses are all reflected in the way we breathe, and when the rigours of life and work affect us negatively, our mind and body stop working properly. Yoga unblocks the knots of energy and increases mental processes – the result is a new sense of vitality, health and increased activity.
Breathing Space Yoga Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and are held in Nailsea on Monday and Friday mornings 9.30 – 11 at the Tithe Barn.
Lunchtime work sessions or 1:1’s available on request.
