A Choral Celebration
Our Summer concert will be on Saturday 28th May at 7.30pm at Holy Trinity Church in Nailsea.
Featuring a selection of stately music for a milestone royal year with music by Handel, Vaughan Williams, Howells, Rutter, Goodall, Jeffrey-Gray and Bednall, in celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and the patron saint of music, St Cecilia.

Nailsea Little Theatre presents ‘Mrs Gerrish’s Guest House’

Kate’s back!
Nailsea theatre fans have a treat in store.
Kate McNab – who’s delighted audiences at the town’s Little Theatre as both actress and singer over the years – is back this month with a revival of her fun-filled comedy favourite, ‘Mrs Gerrish’s Guesthouse’.
Set in sunny Weston-super-Mare, it’s just the ticket to get you in the mood for summer!
The Ministry of Entertainment show will be on stage at the Little Theatre in Union Street on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th June.

Nailsea Community Skate Park Festival

Organisers of the Nailsea Community Skate Park Festival have confirmed the date for the 20th annual event as Saturday 25th June 2022. The event will take place at the traditional venue of the Millennium Park in Nailsea between 1pm and 5pm.
As well as the action on the skate park, which will include skateboard, scooter and BMX competitions, there will be numerous stalls and activities to participate in, and of course, lots to eat and drink.

Every Summer, the community of Nailsea comes together to watch the colourful spectacle of the Nailsea Carnival. With floats and walkers taking to the streets of Nailsea, it’s a great opportunity to see what Nailsea has to offer. The carnival finishes at Millennium Park, where there is an afternoon fete, including dance, children’s rides, a car boot and more. It is a great day for the community of Nailsea to get together!
Nailsea & Backwell Beer & Cider Festival
Beer & Cider Festival
8th, 9th & 10th July 2022
Nailsea & Backwell Rugby Football Club, BS48 4BY
An extremely popular event held every summer at Nailsea & Backwell Rugby Football Club. It attracts hundreds of people from all over the south west, and is a great fundraiser for the festival’s chosen charity.
More than 160 beers and ciders are expected to be on offer, as well as a selection of Pimm’s, gin and wine.
Plenty of live music performances will also be taking place throughout the weekend, and a Kid’s Village with bouncy castles and face painting will be available for children to enjoy.
Tickets are usually available four weeks before the event from John Browns, Aimee’s Winehouse, Maynews and N&B RFC.
Trendlewood Community Festival

The Trendlewood Community Festival returns on Golden Valley School playing fields with a jam-packed day of family fun.
There will be live music performances throughout the day, food and drink, market stalls and various activities for all ages to enjoy. Entry is free.
Nailsea “International” Bike Show
Motorcycle Event

Ring O’Bells, 4 St Mary’s Grove, BS48 4NQ
A free two day family event that features a static motorcycle display in the back garden of the Ring O’Bells pub, motorcycle related trade stands, live music at the front and children’s entertainment (including bouncy castle and face painting). The event is completely non-profit and every penny raised goes to the Children’s Hospice South West.
Organisers are hopeful they will be able to put on the Bike Show in September, following Governmente guidance. This will be the 11th Nailsea International Bike Show.
Nailsea & Backwell RFC Fireworks Night

Nailsea & Backwell RFC’s Fireworks Display returns on Saturday 6th November 2021. The event includes a firework display, outdoor disco, costume characters for the little ones, hot food, toys and sweets and a bar.
