Nominate a local Nailsea community hero for a Community Award

Every year the Nailsea Town Council seeks nominations for Community Awards for people who have given long and exceptional service to the Town. It is a way of recognising all the hard work and dedication given by those within the community for the benefit of others.
The winner of the award in 2024 will be announced at the Annual Town meeting on the 29 May 2024 at the Tithe Barn, Nailsea, BS48 4NG. Members of the public are welcome to join us at this meeting to find who the Town Council have chosen from the nominees as having contributed to the community, for the benefit of others.

Nailsea Town Council are calling out for nominations for this award so if you know a local community hero, someone who goes above and beyond in working in the community then please nominate them for this award.

You can nominate by completing a nomination form either by
• completing the nomination form on the website Nailsea Town , or here
• by downloading a word document click here and returning it by email, post or in person to enquiries, Nailsea Town Council, Tithe Barn Church Lane, Bristol BS48 4NG email enquiries@nailseatowncouncil.gov.uk ; Or
• By collecting a paper nomination form from Nailsea Town Council at the Tithe Barn or No 65 High Street, Nailsea and returning it by post or in person to Enquiries, Nailsea Town Council, Tithe Barn Church Lane, Bristol BS48 4NG email enquiries@nailseatowncouncil.gov.uk.

All nominations must be received by the 17 January 2024*.

Previous winners of the Community Award in 2022 were Richard Simmons, Former Chair of 2nd Nailsea Scouts and Wendy Mobbs of Nailsea in Bloom.
